Supportive team members as well as the other staff members. Dr Raj nagarkar the guy who owns the hospital is polite and only guy who motivates u and it would be like an honor working for him and some fellows working with him plus the senior doctors are very humble and respected. Now the cons is in the management not the doctors and its listed below

Dislikes

Politics is much more than the parliament, no growth in the organization, salary doesn't justify at all for 12 hours of working shift and the seniors some are extremely nice but some are not even worth looking let alone having a conversation with them. Wastage of time if u wanna work in operations or management here. Instead look somewhere else. Hospital only cares for doctor staff thats all

Extra long working hours with lowest possible pay. They will try to force you to do overtime saying they will give raise . then they will cheat you and make fun of you without giving raise. Too much paperwork and very frustrating and idiotic rules and regulations

HCG as workplace has been very good, company is very flexible for its employees when it comes leave, has a friendly environment. For women,company is motivating and encouraging, especially no night shift. Patients and some senior consultants are very good and most importantly lower staff are way better thn higher staff means security people attendents canteen people this people know how to respect each other and talk.

Worst thing is management here the upper hand will always choose their favourite person even if they did terrible mistakes which can not be acceptable in hospital where as if u ever object things which are professional nt right thn they will make sure u cant work they will mentally torture u till u resign first of all thet will makeu resign there is one person name praveen gehlot who is extremely rudely and disrespectful towards female staff but even after mane complains management and HR took his side and whoever tries to complain about him they eradicated that staff like they are some insects....Read More
