There is lot of internal politics and pressure is built from all ends. if you ask for help nobody stands with you including senior management from regional or corporate.

Dislikes

No team bonding amongst various departments, specially finance. There is no job security. Anybody can be asked to leave without prior notice or a scenario will be made so that you quit.

I looked after daily operational work. Always on toes but with the increasing work pressure never got support from higher management. I developed a team which used to stand for each other but because of other team intervention my team broke.

No checks and balances from Corporate to Unit level. Unit figures are wrong which are shown to grab incentives alone or to meet targets. Weak Audit systems. Heavy paper work which lags the speed of company as people use it to stop work. Policies shud enable employees to work with ease but not to hinder them. People with no ethics and top staff screaming at lower level staff for no rhyme or reason....... The quality dept documentation all fabricated with the Directors daughter leading the scam- this included false calibration of radiological and other equipment across the board.....

Biased work culture Too many people are jobless and these people make lives miserable for people who work It is one debacle after another in some departments, however the person causing issues is protected, promoted, and given more opportunities It is a clownshow where people don't know what they are doing. They might as well downsize or get rid of some departments

Nthg u have to stay away from this institution. Its a male oriented hospital females gets mentally harassed unnecessarily.

Worst experience of my life u have to tolerate everything whtever they say if u deny u will be targeted by management unnecessarily even Hr dont listen ur side of story u hve to just follow each b every command they do otherwise they will throw u like tissue.

Extra long working hours with lowest possible pay. They will try to force you to do overtime saying they will give raise . then they will cheat you and make fun of you without giving raise. Too much paperwork and very frustrating and idiotic rules and regulations
