Only thing I like about this hospital that it is a single specialty, so learning related to a cancer hospital is good. They are not at all supporting staff during this worldwide pandemic crisis. In fact, even though it's a healthcare organization, they are deducting salaries of all the employees. Minimum amount of health insurance for staff even during this period.

Dislikes

The managers in the hospital are incapable. There is no support. Selective promotions and appraisals. HR ruthlessly instructs staff to leave the job if have any uncomfortable situations. Zero support during the COVID pandemic. No provision of transport to staff, no travelling compensation, deduction in every month salary etc and rude, lack of manners in management staff. There is no restrictions for their working hours but rest all employees should come on time and leave when instructed to do so. Most unprofessional set up I have ever worked with. a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
