Only thing I like about this hospital that it is a single specialty, so learning related to a cancer hospital is good. They are not at all supporting staff during this worldwide pandemic crisis. In fact, even though it's a healthcare organization, they are deducting salaries of all the employees. Minimum amount of health insurance for staff even during this period.
Dislikes
The managers in the hospital are incapable. There is no support. Selective promotions and appraisals. HR ruthlessly instructs staff to leave the job if have any uncomfortable situations. Zero support during the COVID pandemic. No provision of transport to staff, no travelling compensation, deduction in every month salary etc and rude, lack of manners in management staff. There is no restrictions for their working hours but rest all employees should come on time and leave when instructed to do so. Most unprofessional set up I have ever worked with.
