Salary is not given proper always cutting ,timing of duty is not preferable, work appreciation not given.Those are not eligible they get credit.

Its a shift duty for 9 or 12 hrs,patients to meet reading file treatment, diagnosis, counseling, given diet as per patient conditions given diet chart,canteen work ,records maintaining, food tasting etc.

Not a place for a dietitian for career growth. I couldn't work here for more than 5 months. We don't receive any respect from employees working over there. It's less of a dietitian job and more of a waitress job. If you enjoy taking orders and shouting from patients then go ahead and join this company. They have very low standard when it comes to dietetics department. No support is received from quality department. In fact we are blamed for the mistakes that we haven't committed. It's a complete dead place. No fun activities conducted by HR. We are taken for granted. This job literally burnt confidence in my life. I was in depression , cried so many times because of patient's arrogant attitude. CTC is so less that it's better to beg and live rather than working in this company. I was paid 13k as my starting salary with loads of work pressure. I am a Msc holder bdw. I would like to rate 0.5/5. Very pooor.......Read More

Extra long working hours with lowest possible pay. They will try to force you to do overtime saying they will give raise . then they will cheat you and make fun of you without giving raise. Too much paperwork and very frustrating and idiotic rules and regulations

HCG as workplace has been very good, company is very flexible for its employees when it comes leave, has a friendly environment. For women,company is motivating and encouraging, especially no night shift.
