No job security because if you speak truth they will take your resignation forcefully putting false allegations on you. Work culture is not good senior hold position makes you in a situation where if your views are different from them then they start targeting you in different ways. Company policies are only for junior, that's it.

Dislikes

Lack of sensible peoples especially in higher position. The fact about HCG hospital is why people leaving after joining HCG.. We are not leaving we are forced to leave, threatened to leave otherwise you will be rewarded with termination letter. Truth will remain truths. Thank!

Nthg u have to stay away from this institution. Its a male oriented hospital females gets mentally harassed unnecessarily.

Worst experience of my life u have to tolerate everything whtever they say if u deny u will be targeted by management unnecessarily even Hr dont listen ur side of story u hve to just follow each b every command they do otherwise they will throw u like tissue.

Extra long working hours with lowest possible pay. They will try to force you to do overtime saying they will give raise . then they will cheat you and make fun of you without giving raise. Too much paperwork and very frustrating and idiotic rules and regulations

The doctors in HCG are amazing to work with. Good number of patients and variety of cases to learn from.

Dislikes

The management is clueless about everything. They don’t hire enough people and make the lives of the ones who are working miserable. The academics department is giving zero contribution to academics, so it’s better to remove that department from the board.
