Biased work culture Too many people are jobless and these people make lives miserable for people who work It is one debacle after another in some departments, however the person causing issues is protected, promoted, and given more opportunities It is a clownshow where people don't know what they are doing. They might as well downsize or get rid of some departments

Let me tell you what others like about this place: - Nobody is questioned about their job here. - Only some people are held accountable for their jobs, not all - Fools and lunatics are serving as senior managers - Nobody cares about what you do between 9 am and 6 pm - I left this place in 2022. But it still haunts me
