Company is good. But they are having worst staff. Who are here in this company around 4-5 years. No authority no power is in store manager's hand. Only area manager will decide even the roster. And one of the worse thing is that know other brand will consider your experience here. Don't waste your time. And don't spoil your future.

Upper management i.e - Mr.Rajat Dua, Mr.Rahul Sanon, Ms. Apeksha Lal are the worst managers across gurugram region, they will testify you for everything, they don't care for the well-being of pets, Groomers - proudly say that they have beaten the pet in the grooming session, especially Mr. Rajat dua he can make your life hell in the organisation please avoid

Nothing as such, As a team leader in the HR department, he falls short of what it takes to be a true leader. He lacks the ability to motivate the team and often acts more like a "Don" than a leader. If we set aside the issues with the team leader, everything else here is great to work with.

Too much areas to handle alone which is good for learning , but is also not good for health as there is no one to support your work but expect deliveries

Very unhealthy work environment, too much politics and biasness, people with non valid relationship, no appreciation even if you deliver way above the expectation. They will kick you if you make voice about any of above areas as I was.

The manager & the head of the department is toxic. They would never consider you as a human and same person. For them, your sickness, your current situation & constraints does not matter. They would bully you, mock you, yell at you. The TL in particular has a habit of putting people under the bus to save himself. He doesn't has the capacity to close positions all by himself (without the help of consultancy or the team). Once in a month the entire team will gather to mock people and their problems. Only those who are favourite has the liberty to come late, take wfh and what not. During the weekdays, the team used to be vanished from the floor for almost half a day (only few people used to be on floor, they were not called in as they were not part of the group) for lunch during the work hours!! Job satisfaction was nonexistent, with no opportunities of learning and growth. the leadership can be described as autocratic and lacking empathy towards employees. The reporting manager requested to find another job just two weeks before maternity leave ended, showing a lack of consideraion. The topline leaders are biased,making decisions based on favoritism rather than logic. despite the gloal shift towards empathetic work culture, the organization struggled to uphold the basic work ethics. additionally they dont consider for increment if employee is on maternity leave which reflects the illculture. leadership tends to dismiss individuals who ask questions or raise concerns at work without providing any explanation, leading them to leave the workplace....Read More
