There's no job security. they hired me for personalised category and after my probation ended they extended it for a month .even though I kept on working and my skills were much better than people working out there ,they told me you are not fit for the team thereafter they told me to apply for other departments internally so that Ican secure the job atleast ..i submitted my graphics assignment with full dedication and hope..bt then i received a mail as to why they can't take me to their team coz they looking for someone who is more skilled than me inspite of knowing m still a fresher n i performed better than what i know.i completed my entire project ,submitted it on time bt no results. They didn't even give one proper reason as to why they are doing this .m not saying m perfect in any manner bt atleast i worked harder than people out here.please don't give vague reason to layoff people.its just a waste of time also it becomes really difficult for people who stay far away from home to manage such situations....Read More
