Job satisfaction was nonexistent, with no opportunities of learning and growth. the leadership can be described as autocratic and lacking empathy towards employees. The reporting manager requested to find another job just two weeks before maternity leave ended, showing a lack of consideraion. The topline leaders are biased,making decisions based on favoritism rather than logic. despite the gloal shift towards empathetic work culture, the organization struggled to uphold the basic work ethics. additionally they dont consider for increment if employee is on maternity leave which reflects the illculture. leadership tends to dismiss individuals who ask questions or raise concerns at work without providing any explanation, leading them to leave the workplace....Read More
