Senior Odoo Developer (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Heads Up For Tails is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Odoo Developer to join our growing team.

As a Senior Odoo Developer, you will lead and participate in development projects for our Odoo-based product while supporting all development-related aspects of our technical operations.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and testing Odoo (Open ERP) modules, projects, and interfaces, with a particular focus on customization and optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Odoo modules with a focus on POS, Sales, Inventory, and Accounting.

- Optimize Odoo performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth operations.

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

- Design, develop, and maintain Odoo interfaces and third-party integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.

- Perform thorough testing of Odoo modules and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and XML.

- Expertise in POS customization and module integration.

- Solid understanding of Odoo ORM and database management.

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Odoo development and customization.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
