There are no professional practices or work ethics, sales officers are treated very bad like an outsider. Also there are no communication between subordinates to seniors i.e. one way communication practices all the time, they avoid to listen any problems of sales officers. Sales officers have no job security, no career growth & development no work life balance in HDFC bank.They pressurize their sales officers to go outside from branch for market visit in COVID 19 for complete their target without any protection from HDFC bank's side they never wants to see sales officers in branch for a minute also<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. There are toxic work culture they mentally harass their sales officers to complete their targets in COVID 19 or in lockdown also otherwise they told to leave this job or give resignation from their service they don't give any data or lead for freshers employees, it is a type of mental pressure which is given to sales officers for account opening or do more business for HDFC Bank even at the cost of their employees life</mark>. HDFC was given to an appointment letter, in this my total salary will be 13000 and 2500 for HRA, basic salary will be 10500 in which PF deduction is 12% of basic salary but till my UAN NO. is not generate and HR team told that your total salary is more than 15000 so that's why UAN NO will not generated, few days ago I had received a form 16, TDS in which my total salary is 15680 and no any other deductions are shown there but I received a monthly salary of rupees 11740 only so where is the remaining salary's amount, I ask my senior but they have shut my mouth they told that talk with your HR and Hr says that talk with your manager, what is this...!!, and I also not getting the salary of month of may 2020. It's a good bank in terms of product and services they provide to their customers, and availability of number of products which can attract customers more to the bank.

Dislikes

The work culture! Probably the worst culture I had ever seen! Pressure towards fulfilling targets are fine but every employees who works here feels insecure about their career in HDFC bank. Some staffs may have personal touch with the bank but now they are afraid of It. There is no timing of work hours in the bank. No doubt it is fastest growing bank but believe me you will regret after joining there....Read More
