poor communication , only interact with sales staff and in drives almost equally targets are given to non sales .lack of career development , excessive workload ,poor work life balance and negative culture. Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

Managers and Senior management of Eastern India are extremely sick mined. They torture employees every day like any thing. They doesn't allow employees to leave office before 9.30 pm every day. Office Politics and Favouritism are in blood of HDFC Bank Managers / Sr. Management.
