I really had a bad experience there.i had 4.5 years of experience and i passed twice for the promotion exam still still I didn't get promotion due to politics.i left my job and even after 7 months no one helped me to get my pension withdrawal even after so many requests to exit officers

Dislikes

No support from mentors and my mentor didn't update my details in EPFO properly due to that even after 7 months of resignation I am not able to withdraw my pension amount and no one is helping for the same

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
