As a bank it's great to work here but the management is very egoistic, they don't employee who does the work to grow but doesn't on their culture of bossing

The management is worst and very egoistic ' if you don't say good morning you are the worst person don't do anything and keep saying wow sir bring tea on the table and sit in the office untill boss is sitting If you finish your work on time leave on time then are not worthy

Job is fully secure if performed good and do follow the guidelines. Good work life balance and recognition.

No as such dislike but I may be very few of them who is working with such low salary structure respect to my designation and responsibilities in my employer.
