The fact that there is job security

Dislikes

It completely disrupts the work life balance of the employees. Salary of the operations satff is not in proportion to their work (sales+operations ) . An operation's staff does sales as well as operations but salary is not even justified for operations part . Makes you work over time like 12hours . No scope for promotion .
