I am currently working at HCL Technologies, Lucknow, salaries are always on time.

Dislikes

HCL Lucknow is totally an arbitrary work culture, the company's policies are deceiving, and discriminating. HCL Technologies Lucknow is only good in its fancy emails, and definitely not the best place to work at.

Work Details

I work as a senior customer service representative for the project called Pearson On VUE and handle two profiles- Greeter & Proctor. My work involves assisting global candidates with their exam check-in process via VOIP/ Voice, Chat.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every years.

Dislikes

On the job training is not given to new joinees.
