Poor management , No Proper reorganization, I joined as a fresher no reorganization for first two year no hike nothing ,after two years hike is terrible even i got the top rating i would say all the employee in the HCL has the same feeling. Manager decide your future. Not much opportunity if you are open. No Way we can complain on manager poor HR system in HCL does not stand with employee. we can face gender discrimination , favoritism (depends on manager but most of my co worker complained it to me )...Read More
