After the experience I had and the hardship that i am facing now along with my family NOTHING other than Saturday Sunday off....... And yes there is to much of politics and buttering going on...

Works on hire and fire basis one month they will promote you next month they will ask you to leave when senior leadership cannot take pressure and needs a scape goat. Atleast this happened to me.Not great leadership capabilities in higher management. Even the national head uses foul language about employee and there families even for a single day of delay in getting payments from business partners....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
