Almost Everything now , the management is all about micromanagement * NOT ON PERMANENT PAYROLL , IT'S RETAINERSHIP i.e unpaid leaves * then too many pressures as mentioned below * Unrealistic work schedule ( Back to back calls every 20 mins , no breaks ) * Need to call on time , neither before nor after making *Mark closure n explain of All calls done / not done , answered / why not answered * Diet Audits / Prescription Audits by unqualified personel * Call Gets recorded n then Call Audits ( Objective evaluation based on 15 -20 useless parameters in the name of standardisation ) * In the end when the patient understands nothing because of the fancy terms n exotic diet n gives poor ratings * Further pressures to increase NPS ( Net Promoters Score) * Endless meetings on useless topics post working hours *Pressures to use Readymade Diet Templates ( readymade prescriptions) * Unrealistic KRA...Read More

This company has become more toxic due to several changes. They changed the work week from 5 days to 6 days and altered work hours. We are now required to work beyond the actual work hours due to target pressures. After the change of my team lead, I felt very unsafe and demotivated. I experienced mental harassment as she would deliberately target South Indians, including myself. Her behavior, pressure, and public insults caused me to have a panic attack.
