In HCC the work life balance is so good. Weekly off and supportive staff makes the work even more interesting and good. In terms of facility only you have to ask for it and it will be there.

Although it depends upon the site to site but where I work the only top management is not good.

Good work environment. Company takes good care of its employees like good place for accommodation, proper amenities, support, holidays, medicals etc. Appraisals are done each year. Although all these are depends upon the respective site management but HCC always provides best working environment to its employees.

Dislikes

Politics is a part of every organization and it happens everywhere including HCC. But top management is very helpful if we avoid one or two person which is pretty obvious. As such in my opinion HCC is good company.

As a site engineer in my 8 years of work in construction industry this is the first time I'm able to manage my family and work life balance. Holidays on Sunday, festivals, team outings, extra curriculum activity are some key factors.
