Systems developed over a period of time are good. It is an average level job where in one has to be 100% loyal (Spooning / Group / Caste) to his immediate boss. If you think performance proves, it is wrong, It is caste / Group / Spooning that proves.

Dislikes

Top Management at CMD level is aged which will not look what is happening at gross root level. Middle management manages by caste / groups certainly not by caliber. Spooning / Groups / caste politics are essential to run and grow in job.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
