I have left the company after 6months of joining and person who joined before me left after a month of joining. I tried to gel up with the things but here no1 will stay The people here are so terrible.No welcoming nature nothing. Seniors of department does not know the basic concept and blame you for all the wrong even if you have not done No career growth only Politics

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
