Work life balance is good . Appraisals are good if the market performs well and job security can rated 4/5 since they haven't layed anyone in between the covid -19 apart from these i can't find any positives

Dislikes

Havells group has seen a great growth in the last few years bcoz of their marketing but they didnot see the same internaly. Work environment is very poor and People are old fashioned (typical juggad persons) they are inept and unlikely to become ept anysoon . Growth is very scarce ( knowledge ,skills , responsibilities ) everythingis too stagnant . Any newbie will have very little growth making him incompatible for big MNC's and probably forcing to rot in there forever ....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
