Worst, incapable and irresponsible HODs, no job security, No criteria of individual's work analysis, they actually themselves not clear what they want from theri subordinates, nobody takes responsibility of their work specially product heads they are literally good for nothing, they don't have solutions for even a single customer related problem, work on the ethic like if anything done good then it's because of them and if something went wrong they blame to their subordinates. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
