Worst, incapable and irresponsible HODs, no job security, No criteria of individual's work analysis, they actually themselves not clear what they want from theri subordinates, nobody takes responsibility of their work specially product heads they are literally good for nothing, they don't have solutions for even a single customer related problem, work on the ethic like if anything done good then it's because of them and if something went wrong they blame to their subordinates.
