Job security as of technical officer is on safer side unless they don't writes apology letters. As of dairy industry skill development is a major advantage because it is a vast subject.

Unmarried and people ready to move anywhere without managing their families can be satisfied with the work life balance in hatsun. Employees having families with medical conditions cannot be happy as they won't grant leave suddenly. Unless there is another employee willing to work for extra hours for you leave will not be granted. Promotions are based on how the managers are pleased.

Very toxic company, don't join No benifits, i previously worked in few products based companies atleast they give discount coupons but here no benefits and you won't have any leave balance for first year like barely 6 leaves then next year they will deduct your leave balance for pervious year leaves without paying for it
