Likes

It's a great opportunity to being here for last 09 years. Working culture are pretty good. Management also very supportive. Social life also very good. Staying at this plant for 5-10 yrs is sufficient , not more then that.

Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Career growth is very very poor.
