Likes

It’s a good company to start off early in your career and the starting pay is good compared to average market rate. And management doesn’t bug you beyond your work hours so that’s good work life balance.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The salary increments are poor and there is virtually no perks or benefits. There is no vertical scaling so you quickly get left behind in terms of growth and compensation in comparison to the market.

Likes

The company do not follow any vertical managerial hierarchy. Hatch believe in their employee and provide an excellent work life balance. Another plus point is there is zero office politics and no peer to peer competition .

Dislikes

They should have more training . A lot improvement in office policies are required. Need to concentrate more on growth , increments and employee benefits.
