Very poor management. High politics, No career growth. Very worst company ever. HR, Other staff & seniors all have not friendly behaviour. Very busy schedule. Office working hrs monday to friday but they pressurize to do work in Sat & Sun also

There is nothing to be liked about this company except payment on time.

Only people who can survive here are those who can oil the one and only CEO of the company. HR doesn't have any qualification or standard of work. Brand manager is a spammer and only relies on fake reviews. The company claims of operating in different location, but that is all lies. Clients are simply robbed.

Hire and fire policy. CEO, Brand manager, HR and head of it team hires people to later blame and get them fired and so that they can hide their incapabilities.

As a test engineer, I was mainly involved in testing products before their official launch to find out the probable issues. Also, I was allowed to put my insights before all so as to take care of any possible problems and solve them.

There is a smooth flow of project allocation at all levels. The working process becomes seamless and smooth when the workflow is smooth.

As an Android developer, I am responsible for formulating and developing applications for devices backed by the Android operating system. This is among one of the major roles involved in the company.

I used to travel a lot across India & abroad, but during this COVID19 lock-down working from home and meeting clients via various online platform. Hashcash provides complete support and facilities to all its employees during this period. Good career opportunities, global exposure all you can get here. And they paid well.

Dislikes

I guess they can arrange more training session for newly appointed employees.

Dislikes

One of the worst employers in Kolkata. Small company with hardly 25 employees and no other locations other than Kolkata. They show off and project themselves to be a 5000 people company having global offices! Terrible management with severe behavioural issues and disrespectful attitude. No hierarchy. Entirely run and micro-managed by a single person. No fixed working hours, poor work-life balance, no employee benefits, no appreciation for good work, no growth prospects. Great workplace and work culture. Currently we are working from home and 100% job security. I have learned so much in these part few years on the technology side. On job training assistance, weekly and monthly meetings are really helpful. On time salary and Saturday, Sunday off what more can I ask for.
