Global policies are good, but in India it's not working well

Dislikes

Work life balance is pathetic if you are working in product development. You have work for both US and HK timing as well and there is no job security. After covid more than 2K employees were fired. There is no increment and variable pay for last 4 year

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
