As Hasbro being my first company, it will always hold a special place in my heart. I have really learned a lot from there. The teammates were motivating, encouraging, supportive and I learned so much from each one of them while collaborating. I was provided a good training there and it lead me to manage my work really well and do itefficiently and effectively at the same time. Career growth is good position wise but the appraisal part can be improved a little better for their employees. Travel opportunities for me was none, as being in a creative/design field, one must have an exposure to the outside world and should be given opportunities to explore, learn and implement that in the designs. Work environment there is really cool and I enjoyed working because of the office atmosphere, facilities, system. They have really innovated so much in terms of the office- design studio, infrastructure. All Designers are provided with Mac systems which is so good because the work is done effectively when one has a good PC. The company adopts latest technology and it helped all of us to work and being productive. I did have a good work-life balance in daily life because there were rarely any over-time work in Hasbro but leaves given to employees were less as being an outsider I needed to travel to meet family/friends and there I felt that it could have been better in that case. Otherwise, working there with Excellent heads/ Senior management I received great learning experiences which I will remember and cherish throughout my life. Dislikes

Initially the appraisal were good but later on it became slow. Team lead knew the kind of hardwork I used to put but rarely got any appreciation for that. One must be appreciated and celebrated when he/she/ team does great job but I rarely received that. Leaves provided were less in the company and can be increased. Also, Appraisals can be improved.

Work Details

My work was to Design clothes and they provided us with best computers for which I will always be grateful to them. Being in creative field one must be given freedom and to a certain extent they provided that. I could listen to music while working.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
