Likes

The company is more than 10 years but still functions like a startup. The best part is salary. They provide good salary package in the market. The work environment is not stressful . The work is basically following a routine so easier for anyone to work here.

Dislikes

While the work nature is calm and good, the work environment is toxic as the company discourages people to interact among employees. There are lots of dirty politics and silly illegal affairs among the employees. The simple fact to survive here is to swap data of other employee for your survival or upliftment. There is no leave policy, medical insurance or pf or other benefits for employees. There is not even a pantry to have a chitchat or a coffee or a lunch...Read More
