The management and Finance VP only harasses and tortures employees and those who work under them. There is lot of gender discrimination especially to female employees. If you complain HR says boss is boss you have to bear the harassment or else you are free to leave the company. No justice and no action taken for senior management wrong actions, only the employee suffers. Employee has no rights here....Read More
