The only good thing about this place is you will get to learn so many things. A good place to learn work but certainly not a good place to stay or beneficial for career. I have learned so many things but it is restricted to that learning only.

Dislikes

office politics , insecure team members and worst management. Management here only cares about the employee who does nothing and has problem with employees who work and replaces them if him/her ask for salary hike/increment. Had terrible experience here with the managers.

i am working in this company in a ip adress softweare .and i got a experience GST.

hartex rubber compensation is decent,but growth is very slow.the work pressure is very high.managers do not value an individual' unique strength,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations.pitiching for my company as a marketer gets tiring.
