Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Earlier it was a good organisation prior 2022. Follow the MNC standard. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Now a days they don't have vision. Don't behave according to market. Hire wrong people on managerial and in management post where they don't know how to take decisions actually they hire people with the reference. HR is not qualified that much where she used skills to maintain culture in the organisation. It's easy and more manual. You can have a work life balance and there are amazing books - office is beautiful too.

Dislikes

HR - absolute nightmare. Marketing leadership follows same approach. Yelling is a norm and considerate cool - but comes across as crass. Its unfortunate because company is otherwise is great.
