Honestly, this company is a bad example of a good place to work. There are no advantages to working here, if one gets a job offer from this company, they are better off rejecting the offer and finding an alternative place to work.

Disgusting work culture. Upper management is casteist and discriminating at every level. There is no scope for advancement for women employees, and significant favouritism is shown to Tamil Brahmins (male only). There is virtually no on-the-job training and no continuity between projects. Employees are thrown to vendors at their ownrisk, and there is frequent and tumultous movement between projects, periods lasting one or two months in a project at maximum.
