Poor Management Poor job security No projects. Freshers will be allocated to project where it is no requirement of them. They will be asked to do learning & then giving some support tasks, no hands-on experience in the project. Even if projects are allocated to freshers then also you will be non-billable means you will be HR & management & at last after 1-2 months they will ask you to resign saying that they there are no projects.
