There is less chance of growth if you are contractual then you will get chance to be permanent and if you are permanent then growth depends upon luck. Vacancy is coming or not and you will gain that chance or not

There is no job security in Harley if you are working in contract position they can end your contract at any time without any cause only 3 time of contract renewal it means you just have 21 months sometimes Management end your contract during initial time as per business condition

HD motors is a very good place or company. All teammates were very nice. Company gives all the training about company and work. But dont join this company on contractual basis, they will discontinue any person in mid of contract. Working are is very flexible.
