Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

you need to be skilled, you need to have good knowledge we can learn a lot from it but still you need to be perfect in everything you do because the a single mistake will make you suffer for whole 3 months. complete different kind of management different kind of customers everything is different into this brand.

This is the company to work for. Take care of employees. No restrictions for anything. All employees company treating equally. Work-life balance and mental piece. Team outings and activities usually happen here.

Job security is big concern here. It is not they will fire you for any reason. Here in India office no one going to threat you or warn you for job security. However, when it comes to global restructuring then it's a big issue. then you are helpless.
