There is less chance of growth if you are contractual then you will get chance to be permanent and if you are permanent then growth depends upon luck. Vacancy is coming or not and you will gain that chance or not

Only 5 days working very healthy working environment specially regarding Safety issue and other benefits like medical facilities and engagement activity programs during weekends

There is no job security in Harley if you are working in contract position they can end your contract at any time without any cause only 3 time of contract renewal it means you just have 21 months sometimes Management end your contract during initial time as per business condition
