Been 2yrs with Harjai computers and in these 2yrs I have seen how they tap your skills and helps employee for personal growth . Colleagues have been very frdly and cooperative. HR keeps conducting Trainings for all which helps to develop new skills. Company polices are very transparent.

Dislikes

Currently there is nothing like dislike. In Covid period they created different roles rather then sacking out people unlike other companies. Appraisals might take sometime but are given with full arreas so there is no loss for employees

I take care of our deployed employees and see that their journey with Harjai is smooth. I keep in touch with clients resolve their concers and get more requirements. My work it to have have happy employ and happy customer.

First and Main thing is on time salary, never faced any issue or delay in salary. Management is also very supportive and provide mentoring whenever necessary.

Pathetic company I ever seen in my life I served the proper 3 months notice period, no manager discussed anything with me and even gave me an experience letter
