One of manger like Chintan Dave he is very selfish person because of him a good project (Gettr) is left from Harbinger and it's impact on payroll and on contract developer they lose there job because of him.

You will get a project for sure. There is always a resource crunch in the company. Mostly you may get to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Poor appraisal to women who was on ML. Forceful WFO. No matter what problem you may have, you have to WFO as per management. Tech people has to do proposal work. This is really insane work and tech people really don't like to work with proposal team. Management is not interested to retain talented people.
