it's a tech last company. So not the best place for engineering and product folks in terms of learning, growth and the byproduct of it -> compensation. To give you extent of tech lastness - graphic designer is glorified & put on the pedestal than giving any thought to UX/product designers and their work. Harappa gives me the flexibility of working. Being a startup, there is so much that needs to be done here. There are enormous career growth opportunities not just within Harappa but within teams as well. The office is designed beautifully. you would want to come to office to work.
