The company is great! I worked in a few other similar companies before joining Hapro, but didn't find such an energetic and amazing working culture as here. The Managing Director is also great and very supportive. He's young and energetic and get things done. The people here are empathetic and understand employees. Overall 5/5. Had to leave due to personal issues, but would definitely return if I get the chance....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
