The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

worst company never worked for, very poor management system, followed very bad culture, looks like only north people are preferred, employee bossing around the new comers, they don't give good service to the customer what was promised ,then if the customer is not ready to pay, they deducted from employee salary, company will take all the profit and employee need to bare all the loss.

Since Jun-22. I am a part of HL family. There are many things which i learnt, We can say HL provide me the opportunity to learn and grow. Work life balance is good, All functions work closely and we celebrate everyone's success together. There are many things which motivates me.
