I find the culture to be very open especially for freshers and interns. Senior execs are experienced and hail from the other bigger agencies. The agency is open to new talent and accepts ideas from all across. One gets to work with some of the biggest clients in the country across all sectors and categories. The agency has a creative competitive edge over others.
