Company is ran by family of Mindtree people at management level. Who are not doing anything other than politics. They will allocate employees into project that doesn't matches with your skills Huge politics and you won't get any support from team members They will allocate in some project and if manager is not happy with you personally they will fire you <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Just an hire and fire company</mark> Don't blindly beleive on Glassdoor star ratings. Few executives are hired to write good reviews and they report the less rated review and that review will be removed from Glassdoor.
