Training is not given, zero employee benefits, salary is not decent, poor working atmosphere, no career growth and there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Work Details

Struggled a bit in the begining as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
