The growth opportunities within the organization is very less. You can only grow if you have some godfather/mother , otherwise you will be the same position for years. Further , too much politics which hampers the work. Finally , the staff which is being hired these days are just for the sake of answering the calls and have zero knowledge about the shipping industry.
