Company provide good benefits i.e. health insurance, internet reimbursement, company’s laptop, WFH, Cab facility from Noida sector - 18, Leaves, comp offs, and so on. HR are very supportive. If you find any issue with any policy or leaves they will definitely help you. All departments have good work culture. If you are in HRO, you have to work 8 hours a day, so your working days will be 6. If you are a career oriented person, so you should apply in cloud, HR, sale, DCM etc. But never apply in HRO...Read More

Salary is very low as compared to other departments. If you are satisfy with 15–16k salary then you can go for it. No growth, increment is very low. There’s no opportunity in HRO department.
