Though its so early to comment, but being associated with Hanureddy for the past 3 months. I would say without any doubt that this work atmosphere is more liberal and gives me ownership and accountability. Being inclined towards entrepreneural culture. Associated with Hanu Reddy Realty we are paid instantly of what we earn to the company. Training program, weekly common realtor meetings and weekly caravan is the top attributes of the company. High motivation and support of our FOE / colleagues / seniors / VP’s teaching us patience and hope to earn higher like the current 1% of therealtors / senior realtors / VP’s of the company. Happy being a saviour of buyers and sellers as they tend to the company as a last resort after multiple attempts, convincing them and closing the deal gives us immense pleasure. Earning 3LPA for the past 2 years. Heavy recruitment program where 90 % of the current realtors are not even earning half of what the competitors are earning. Cultivation and distribution of A class property among realtors rather than expecting the new realtor to bring A class properties, as a new bee we get only B class and C class properties which needs lot of effort for closure.
